Your Assignment

  • You are responsible for medication management and the care planning process
  • You are the contact person for medical and nursing questions as well as for doctor's visits
  • Focus on resources and self-determination of the residents
  • Promote and maintain the health of the residents
  • Provide medical care for people with mental or multiple disability with high need for care
  • Happy to support our team, especially through your specialist knowledge

Your Profile

  • Qualified, registered Nurse
  • Nostrification
