We see the Diakonie Flüchtlingsdienst and the Diakonie Eine Welt Sozialdienst as learning organizations that are anti-racist and work in a way that is sensitive to gender issues. The ongoing reflection, evaluation and further development of our structures, working methods and services is an important priority for us. For this reason, a respectful and appreciative attitude towards our clients is our guiding principle. The basis for our understanding of professionalism and quality is an emancipatory and anti-discriminatory way of working.

An important tool for achieving these goals is our Complaints Office for clients:

Only current clients of the facilities of the Diakonie Flüchtlingsdienst and the Diakonie Eine Welt Sozialdienst.

If you wish to complain to a neutral person outside the facility about:

  • The way the staff in our facility treat you
  • Receives your complaint and listens to you
  • Handles your complaint together with you
  • Empowers you in resolving your conflict with the facility
  • …organizes and moderates discussions to clarify the situation
